3 Day Baking Course

Wackers Delight presents a 3 Day Full Baking Course To Start your business from home.

Course will run for 6 Hours Each Day during the week. From 10am to 4Pm.

4.Edible prints - how to handle/Uses

5.Chocolate dripping/melting/Decor

6.Working with fondont

7.Mixing colours/Edible Dusts

Day 2:

1.Making Milk Buttercream

2.Layering, Filling and frosting

3.Covering cakes with fondont

4.Stacking/Tiering Cakes, dowel placements

5.Decorating techniques

Day 3:

1.Novelty Cake decorating

2.Fondont decor

3.Cream Cake decorating techniques

4.Completing 2 Tier Cake

5.Overview of Course

6.Questions and Answers

7.Social media Advertising Discussion

This course fee covers 1 student

Mother and child course combo= Mothers course full price, childs course half price = R4600 + R2300 = R6900 total cost of course ( message for an invoice if booking the combo class)
